Qualifications for 91, 95 & 120 Sunset: APPLICANTS must be
able to live independently without homecare or supervision from
other tenants and/or staff. APPLICANTS must be 55
years of age or over; with special exception to a person 50 years of
age and retired from the workforce due to a disability as defined by
the Canada Pension Plan. APPLICANTS Gross
annual income limit cannot be more than $40,000 per year. APPLICANTS must be
residents of Canada. Qualifications for
116 Sunset: APPLICANTS must be 60
years of age of older;
with special exception to a person 50 years of age and retired from
the workforce due to a disability as defined by the Canada Pension
Plan. APPLICANTS Gross
annual income limit cannot be more than $24,000 per year. APPLICANTS must be on
the housing waiting list with the Department of Social Development. APPLICANTS must take
